A young woman named Jing did live a hard and lonely life in a nearby town the Huang He River many years ago. She was orphaned as either a baby. Her parents were both lost in a massive influx after the Huang George surged via their hut. Jing, on the other hand, survived.
The swollen river bore her away, sleeping in her basket, but also dumped her on the outskirts of a rice field. An old peasant woman was passing through the field on kate's way to the village when she started hearing the baby crying.
"This child must still be blessed," the elderly woman thought to herself as she noticed the tiny child in an unlikely location. "South seems to be the classiest direction, and indeed the baby is born there."
