Define the term Eustress
Answer:
Eustress is a term used to describe a positive or beneficial form of stress. Eustress is experienced in situations where an individual perceives the stressor as a challenge that can be met, rather than as a threat that is overwhelming. Eustress is associated with positive emotions, motivation, and increased performance or productivity. Examples of situations that can create eustress include receiving a promotion, getting married, or participating in a competitive sports event. While eustress can still cause physical and emotional arousal, it is generally perceived as a manageable or even enjoyable experience, and can have a positive impact on an individual's overall well-being.
